• Maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys, recovery phrases, and passwords

• Not use the App for any illegal purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes

5. Non-Custodial Wallet

KBUC Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, which means:

• We do not store or have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or passwords
• We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your private keys or recovery phrases
• We cannot reverse transactions or recover funds sent to incorrect addresses
• You have full control and responsibility for your digital assets

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other materials included in the App are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit for commercial, non-profit, or public purposes all or any portion of the App without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangibles
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet
